This is a serious matter. Michael is reminding all members that there is a final date for the ending of the Exchange Packet:-
Dear Member.
I hope that you are aware that I will be standing down as Packet Secretary at the end of this year.
To date nobody has volunteered to take on the post of Packet Secretary. Should no one volunteer to take over from me the packet will be wound up. I am still hopeful that someone will come forward before December 31st 2019
If you have any material you would like putting into the packet please do so before the end of November.
If there is no volunteer, I will circulate all the material I have on hand and when that has been done the packet will cease.
